CarrierSource Moderation Process

1. Every Review is Read By a Human: We don’t just rely on computers—every single review is carefully read by our team to make sure it’s authentic. Here’s how:
   
   1. Confirm the reviewers identity: We verify that the person writing the review is who they claim to be.
   2. Confirm the experience: We make sure the reviewer has actually worked with the company they're reviewing.
   3. Check for appropriate content: Reviews must follow our content guideline, avoiding personal attacks or inappropriate language.

3. Community Moderation: Our community plays a big role in keeping reviews fair. If someone spots a review they think is fake or misleading, they can report it. We look into these reports right away to make sure everything stays trustworthy.
   
   
4. Zero Tolerance for Fake Reviews: Fake reviews are not allowed on CarrierSource, period. If someone submits one, here's what happens.
   1. The review is taken down immediately
   2. The person's account might be suspended
